Very clean and nice people
I have nothing bad to say about Cafe Apropos! I don't stop by a lot, but I do drop by on occasion. They are the only coffee shop / restaurant I know that serves retail priced wine and you can even drink it on site!
I was there June 5, cashier was great. She went back to tell food maker to start cooking prior to it showing up on her computer. Food maker came up to register and I feel purposefully wasted alot of time. she went back to cook and after waiting for a long time I said to cashier please if it is not put up by now im leaving. She said it was and as I turn away with my food, The Store manager said out loud to all including other patrons, "What's His Problem" She should have spoken to me as manager if she saw a customer was upset. Not let it go and then insult me as I am leaving.. I called Customer Dis-service 888-601-1616 and was told someone would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. This happened monday. Today is Friday. well past the time. Customer Dis-service has no control over its stores. That is sad. They told me I needed to wait to be called back. Well I waited. I had a problem at a store... I called... I waited.... For what to have them expedite another non-call. I'm going back to Duncan donuts when ever possible. I am actually as disappointed in customer dis-service as I am in the original manager Dis-respecting me If you want this kind of service they yes go to this location.
I believe this one closed down. Glad it did as I think were rather "money hungry." They tried to charge me for a "latte" just for asking them to warm the milk in my coffee. Many other coffee shops will do this for me since I get extra cream and it makes the coffee cold. Felt staff was not very friendly either. Glad they closed!
Always have fresh coffee! Customer service is amazing as well! There's a new worker who's mousey looking with black hair and dark eyeliner, unfortunately I forgot her name, she seems young, she's such a doll! And Tiana one of the other workers is always so adorably happy! I definitely Recommend going here!
Avoid this location!!!We work less than 1/4 mile from this location and typically stop every morning ( If there was another store nearby we would go there, we stop only bc its within 2 minutes of work) They can typically, not always, get a just coffee or ice capp order correct however if you order any of the other frozen drinks they are never anywhere near frozen, taste horrible and cups are a little over half full. If you order food be sure to check it before pulling away from the window 9 times out of 10 it will either be wrong, cold or OLD! Don't think they'll offer to replace old or incorrect food if you call them once your at work!! I know this first hand, my last order of a bagel belt, which includes sausage, cheese, egg, lettuce and tomato had ONLY egg and cheese, of course I didn't know this until I was at work, called and spoke with the "manager" her response was " sorry about that, have a nice day" I had to ask if she was going to replace the sandwich with a correct one, she was obviously annoyed and snapped " of course if you want me to". She said she'd take our name and we could pick it up the following morning...Of course the next morning there is no note to anyone in regards to this so they proceed to make us pull over and wait 10 minutes for them to call the manager to see I'd it was ok. HOW RIDICULOUS! I've contacted the owner several time but that obviously is doing NO GOOD! This is the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!
Excellent service at this location. I stop by and get about a dozen of coffees before our weekly meeting. I have always been very pleased with the service and quality at this location.

I heard and read good things about this establishment so when the opportunity came up, I went ahead and dove in. The food was very good, Northstar burger and Sweet Potato Turkey hash, and so we're the drinks, albeit a little pricey. The atmosphere wasn't really relaxed although we arrived at a peak time, say around noonish. The music that was playing was a bit frenetic to match the pace of the surroundings. Overall, a good experience.
My food was burnt. I mean there was a thick black coating not a slight singe. BURNT! Yet the cook sent it out and the server delivered it. Unreal. I sent it back and got something that way mediocre at best. The service is slow and the food was poor. How does this place stay in business?
