        ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service!!!

        The manager, of all people, if she really was the manager...Columbus store

        told me that she wasn't supposed to be looking for a part to a mr. coffee espresso maker IF SHE HAD ANOTHER ONE...I was 1.15 hrs away ...

        SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT JUST SIMPLY TELLING ME IF SHE HAD ONE...she didn't want to look...

        she said, "MA'M this is DIRT CHEAP..."

        I hope you need something one day and you get the same treatment...I was willing to buy another machine.
