I took A Greyhound Bus Frm Newark,New Jersey to Columbus,Georgia An During my trip one of Ur Handlers Broke My Handle On My Luggage Bag Now My Trip Started on July 14,2016 an Ended July 16,2016 at 6:45 Am in Columbus,Georgia But Wen I arrived The Station Wasn't Opened An I Picked Up My Baggage Tracer Claim Form in Richmond,Va an Was Told wen I got to My final stop to Fill It Out an I did An the Manager There Signed an Dated an Viewed My Damaged Bag an Put it on the Form Now I Couldn't Mail it till a wk later Cuz I didn't Have a Stamp anyways I jus Found out a month Ago Wen I called Customer Service that I needed An Inspection Form too. Now I'm in Lumpkin Georgia at the Moment So I had To My Friend gas it's An Hour an Half to Columbus,Ga Frm Here an 80 miles Back an Forth So I had to go to that Bus 3 Times an The agent an Manager Kept Refusing to Inspect My Luggage Bag an Finally Tuesday November 29,2016 I was Able to Keep the Manager Scott Allen who Was an Hour Late Comin in to work Everytime But he filled Out the Inspection Form an Looked at my Bag an Took pics too An he faxed the form to the Claims Dept in Dallas Which Brings Me Today I called an My File Still has been Updated with The Inspection Form so the check for My Damaged Luggage Can B Issued an Customer Service an Myself has Called Repeatedly to Try an Reach the Local Terminal in Columbus,Ga but Noone Answers an I Kno For A Fact wen I was there Last Week I watched the Agent Stand there an Ignore the fone wen it was ringing Everytime it would Ring My Name is Twana O'Connor my Claim No is 314043 No I have never had such an Awful Experience Like this With Greyhound ok Now I need this Money Rite Now bad. Now Greyhound Damaged My Luggage an I have Sent Everything You Ask For Now it's Been 4 Months An Cost Me over a $100 in Gas to Go Back an Forth 3 times dragging my back an forth to B ignored an repeatedly lied to An I believe That Greyhound Should Also Reimburse Me for The Money it cost Me for Gas too.
