Franklin Dental

First of all the staff is very unprofessional! I've been taking my son there for 10 yrs and my daughter for 5. I have dealt with their lack of professionalism but this past time put me over the edge! They were laughing and goofing off about some guy who likes one of them and made wait to fill out paperwork till they were done giggling. Then the dental hygienist was rude and snobby just like she always is. Once we were escorted to the back and the dentist came in he refused to acknowledge me being in the room! My daughter is very afraid because of a past incident with another dentist that also practices at Kool Smiles. This experience only made it worse. She started getting upset and he told her that he would make me leave the room. After the second time trying to get the plastic piece that holds their mouth open he gave and told the girl in the room with us that my daughter will have to be sedated Never once did he discuss this with me or explained to me why he couldn't just do his job. Needless to say I will be finding another dentist to take my children to!

My son had an appointment yesterday at 3pm and it was 345 before we were called back. He decided to play, in the play area and it smelled HORRIBLE. For a facility as such, it would have thought it would have smelled more sanitary. We will not be returning.

I have been taking my son here for 5 years now, and my daughter for 2. The place is very clean and everyone is always nice. The play area could use some deep cleaning and or an update but other than that, I like this place. Saturdays are my favorite, we are always in and out! :-)

Since I have been taking my son to kool smiles I have had no problems at all. I think they do the best with my son getting him comfortable whenever he goes in for his appts.

I Like Kool Smiles, They Let the parents come back with the kids & it is very relaxing while u wait for ur child & the staff is awesome. My visit today Aug.21st was very good the nurse Crystal Butler was very , very nice & friendly.My daughter had 2 cavities that she had to get filling in them.

My name is Tiffany mount I'm a patient at kool smiles and I had a appointment the other day the staff was very nice and the doctors were too my assistant I had was name Justin norton he was really sweet and did good at helping me not feel so nervous he made my visit fun and made me laugh

I myself and son have been going there for years I've never had a problem. Alway friendly staff and there is a guy that works there that had us laughing the entire time his name was justin norton he was so funny and very professional I would recommend him if going there!!

Always over booked wait time is terrible. Since they run late they rush thru procedures causing undo pain to kids making the dental experience a bad one.

The staff is wonderful. Crystal and Dr. Gillespie are an awesome team. The Dr is very unassuming and the experience was calming. The banter back and forth with Crystal calmed my child's anxiety. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because of the wait.

Ms.Crystal the dental assistant was really funny and sweet to my child! The dentist Gillespie was very sweet and knowledgeable!! I always have a great experience at Kool smiles!!

I met an assistant name crystal and she was so sweet. Every time I go there I always have a good experience n they're always sweet to me. I've never had a bad experience. They get 5 stars frm me.

The staff was very nice to our daughter . The dentist didn't introduce himself nor did he seem upbeat . He was very straight to the point and not very friendly .

I bring my son for emergency because he was in so much pain. The DA she was the really friendly who assist us at first. When we get to the room they treat me and my son with respect not until the dentist came in with attitude. She just not smiling at all. I keep calm the whole time for my son's sake. In short please next time be nice to all patient who come and go. We want are children to feel better and feel not scared to go to dentist. But for my son's experience I don't think it's gonna be easy for me. I just hope if you get the job as a dentist you should be nice and caring specially for kids. They need a dentist who keep smiling and give them heads up its not gonna be hurt or its ok. But yeah thanks anyway.

I took my 3yr old and some of the staff was friendly and some not so friendly but there was this one lady who actually took my daughter and i to the back she was the only nice one and had an inviting grace for kids but the dentist was ok but working with small children u need the up beat positive attitude to make a small child not feel scared to get services but overall it was ok but the play area was a bit loud couldnt hear them call my dauughter name

If you're gonna advertise that you treat and offer all these services for kids and adults then why they heck don't you, you can't fix my tooth and I tell you I can't take physically what your offering, so you lie and say u can't do anything else after i come in as a walk-in... You want to send me to another dentist the same-day, this is crap and I'm being nice with my words!! Who the heck in pain and you know it's legitate when you have to teeth nerves exposed,so I came there with pain and after xrays, your poking and proving, THANKS I'M IN MORE PAIN, YOU NEED TO GET DENTIST PEOPLE KNOW, NOT EVERYONE GETS STUFF FOR FREE, SO WHY WOULD I TAKE AND PAY FOR SOMETHING I WILL NOT USE,I UNDERSTAND THAT Y'ALL THINK EVERYONE WHO COMES IN THERE IS DAUGHTER SEEING.. SO NOW I'M IN MORE PAIN THAN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN, I WILL GO BACK AND SAY SOME OF YOUR DENTIST I'M SURE IS GOOD, BUT NOT IN THIS AREA...don't think a play area makes up for it!! Just saying
