Very unwilling to work with you in regards to billing. Received a pre-collection letter stating that I have not paid or contacted them, when in fact I have contacted them and have made 2 payments to them. Very unhappy with them, and unfortunately I did not have a choice in choosing my anesthesiologist for my surgery at St. Francis and was not told that they were not in my network.
