A 1 Janitorial & Floor Service

Experience with this company was very negative. He was hired to remove built up wax, buff and shine the hardwood floors. He made the floor worst, He returned and removed that mess, and put some clear coat of some kind over the floors, and had trash ,dust in the coating.

Attempted to resolve issue, his response in a rude tone "I’m busy right now, just send me the pictures" Pictures sent in Nov. 2013, still have not heard from him. Please BEAWARE very poor quality and service. I wish someone would have warn us.
