Joe's Barber Shop

on a cold winter afternoon i went in for a neat looking trim cut - had my stocking cap on to keep warm, but it made my hair pretty messy looking by the time i got to the barbershop. 2 guys cut here and both seem to do real neat look'in cuts - that afternoon don was the only barber, and i only had a brief wait. he was finishing up a guy in the chair, and that guy looked well groomed as he got up from the chair. it was my turn so i sat in don's barberchair. he threw a cape over me and listened carefully to how i wanted it cut, then trimmed my hair for about 10 - 12 min so it was about desired length. then he did some grooming up by trimming my eyebrows, and stray ear and nose hairs. he then used shaving cream and a razor to shave around my ears and clean up the back of neck, that gave it a real clean-cut look. after a little more trimming he then polished me off by rubbing some kind of lotion stuff on my hair, and in less than a minute had it combed up so it looked really neat and groomed up, a real clean part and every hair in place (my hair is rather stubborn so it looked great). my hair smelled clean, fresh and masculine when i was finished - really a great, groovy, groomed-up haircut, my girlfriend really liked it. the haircut stayed in place really well and has been easy to comb up - it has looked great for over 3 weeks. the best part was the low cost - only 12 bucks. i recommend don and this barbershop if you want the neat groomed haircut look - groovy, definitely worth checking out and i'll be going back!
