Rooter Town Plumbers - Colorado Springs

Rooter town was quick to get me scheduled and they showed up right on time with a phone call beforehand. Very helpful. Plumber that came out was very knowledgeable and helped us out in a pinch. Good price and good work! It's hard to find good contractors these days and I'm happy to say I've found one in Rooter town. They're my go to guys now!

Stephen and Hunter freed me from the plumbing nightmare I've lived for the last two weeks. Another plumbing company could only take care of half of my problem, but Stephen took care of both upstairs bathrooms (toilets and tubs), and Hunter checked with the camera if there might be other problems and then cleared the floor drain in the laundry room. I am so relieved that everything flushes, drains, and runs again! Thank you Stephen and Hunter! You two are awesome!

Just had one of the service guys from Rooter town come out and I am thoroughly impressed!! We had a stubborn clog in our toilet drain that my poor husband tried to DIY it and failed (I love you honey but....) so we called Rooter town and they sent out a very nice young man that really knew his stuff! Wore booties on his shoes to protect our carpet and took the time to explain our situation and what he needed to do to fix it. Very helpful. Got everything going in no time at all and at the quoted price. NO nickle and dime here. I just can't say enough great things about them. THANK YOU Rooter Town!!

Rooter Town responded within an hour, the receptionist was friendly and courteous. The technician cleared the clog with the right equipment and was done in less than thirty minutes. This is the way a business should be run. Great job and I now have a new plumber and will recommend all my friends and family.

Rooter town did a good job when asked to clean our sewer pipe, but when our water heater went out...what a nightmare! We got a Rheem, and wasn't given any other options . We were worried and should have checked other businesses, but thought it would be ok. Joe the plumber checked the pressure coming in and said we needed to replace the pressure valve. I got suspicious when he was asked by a city employee what code was, and replied no.He had already replaced the valve, but not up to code. Would need to be RE-DONE. Then the water heater continued to leak, and Joe came back out and said it had to be defective, but the licensed dealer had to check it and replace it.Landmark plumbing came in replaced the heater correctly, and shocked us but the price difference they would have charged for the job. Joe didn't do a professional job, messy soldering, broke and didn't replace the drip pan and left a mess. We also found out he hadn't pulled a permit from the city. So many other bad things I won't list, and paid $2,045. Still need to fix the pressure valve issue, but WON"T use Rooter town! Bad business all around.

I called several other local plumbing companies that couldn't get out yesterday, until I called Rooter Town and they had someone out within the hour. The sewer was on the floor in the basement and I needed someone out quickly. They were very professional and kept me informed on what needed to be done. I chose to have a camera run down the line for peace of mind. They were quick and clean and took care to keep my house clean. Thanks Guys.

Had their tech,Hunter, come out to do their Drain clean Service. Was notified by main office of time and arrival. Hunter was prompt and informative of procedures and suggestions of service I had done. Highly recommendable. Will likely call for follow up.

They sent out a tech that couldn't get the job done clearing my sewer line. Charged $95 for no results. The next day they sent someone else with a camera that did manage to get the line to drain. I was told I needed a new clean out because the old one is difficult to work with. I knew about that already but since it is serviceable I chose not to get it taken care of at this time.

A month later it is backing up again. My guess is they just ran a point cleaner down the line and not a decent-sized cutter. They are wanting to charge me another $95 to run the line again since I chose not to have the cleanup replaced. And the tech I spoke with on the phone had a very bad attitude. The Block in the sewer line is always 70-80 feet down the line, far away from the clean out I was quoted to be replaced. Every other time I have had this line cleared it has been completed in one visit and it has always lasted nearly two year

MATT is an employee that any company would want in their establishment. He is personable as well as efficient and I would have him again if I needed any plumbing needs.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They came out and gave me a full run down of what was going on. When they ran a camera through my drain they made sure they didn't start until I could be out there watching so that I could see for myself what was going on and make an informed decision. We unfortunately had to have a lot of work done, but they gave me a VERY fair price. They were very fast and I am confident the job got done right. I would also like to add that they were the kindest, most professional workers I have ever met. They talked to my two year old and laughed with him and even shared a cup of coffee with me while explaining the cost and what would need to be done. I didn't feel pressured or pushed at all. While I really only got to interact with Tom and Al (I think!) it was a pleasure having all the guys from Rooter Town here. I love this company and would gladly pay them to come again. They are so good I would use them even if they weren't so cheap. I'm beyond thrilled with my experience with this company.

STAY AWAY! They use scare tactics to try to up sell. I had the same experience as Allen. Except it is a rental property and I wasn't willing to go through there cameras, etc so they tried to scare the tenants that it was not very safe place to live. Do your research and read reviews.

They did a great job. They were on time and handled the repair of my broken pipe with professionalism and quickly. I will continue to call them for anything.

They up sell. When the tech went to my sons house at my request he attempted to snake the line then proceeded to tell him he couldn't clear the clog at which time he suggested we camera the line to see the problem then he made the assumption there was a break the line and said that he needed to dig up a 10' section and replace it for. 4500.00 at which time my son had him talk to to me and I informed that it was roots and not a line break and that I would get another plumber out for a second opinion then he said he would go back and try again but only for about 45 minutes and 10 minutes later the clog was cleared . Had I not had enough knowledge of the existing sewer line we would have been paying for something we didn't need . I think there is a commission incentive to up sell.
