Awesome job! Thanks to everyone at Rooter Town for fixing our drain problem very quickly and cost effective. From the 1st call to when Hunter showed up was only 20 minutes. He wore shoe covers and used mats to cover the work area. AAAAA+ service. They are on my phone as #1 plumber to use. Hope everyone uses them and experiences the same as me!!! Great job. My family will be calling you.

Rooter town did a good job when asked to clean our sewer pipe, but when our water heater went out...what a nightmare! We got a Rheem, and wasn't given any other options . We were worried and should have checked other businesses, but thought it would be ok. Joe the plumber checked the pressure coming in and said we needed to replace the pressure valve. I got suspicious when he was asked by a city employee what code was, and replied no.He had already replaced the valve, but not up to code. Would need to be RE-DONE. Then the water heater continued to leak, and Joe came back out and said it had to be defective, but the licensed dealer had to check it and replace it.Landmark plumbing came in replaced the heater correctly, and shocked us but the price difference they would have charged for the job. Joe didn't do a professional job, messy soldering, broke and didn't replace the drip pan and left a mess. We also found out he hadn't pulled a permit from the city. So many other bad things I won't list, and paid $2,045. Still need to fix the pressure valve issue, but WON"T use Rooter town! Bad business all around.
I called several other local plumbing companies that couldn't get out yesterday, until I called Rooter Town and they had someone out within the hour. The sewer was on the floor in the basement and I needed someone out quickly. They were very professional and kept me informed on what needed to be done. I chose to have a camera run down the line for peace of mind. They were quick and clean and took care to keep my house clean. Thanks Guys.
Had their tech,Hunter, come out to do their Drain clean Service. Was notified by main office of time and arrival. Hunter was prompt and informative of procedures and suggestions of service I had done. Highly recommendable. Will likely call for follow up.
Mark came out to our house (between Falcon and Peyton) this evening and unclogged our main sewer line. Everything in the house was backed up with nothing draining properly and within less than an hour, he had everything running smoothly. He told me he would beat any quote I had gotten which he did. I had been on the phone all day long and even had another guy come out and say he couldn't do it. Mark came in got the job done, gave us a little advice on something that needed to be done with our septic and was gone. Courteous, efficient, affordable, I highly recommend.
They sent out a tech that couldn't get the job done clearing my sewer line. Charged $95 for no results. The next day they sent someone else with a camera that did manage to get the line to drain. I was told I needed a new clean out because the old one is difficult to work with. I knew about that already but since it is serviceable I chose not to get it taken care of at this time. A month later it is backing up again. My guess is they just ran a point cleaner down the line and not a decent-sized cutter. They are wanting to charge me another $95 to run the line again since I chose not to have the cleanup replaced. And the tech I spoke with on the phone had a very bad attitude. The Block in the sewer line is always 70-80 feet down the line, far away from the clean out I was quoted to be replaced. Every other time I have had this line cleared it has been completed in one visit and it has always lasted nearly two year
MATT is an employee that any company would want in their establishment. He is personable as well as efficient and I would have him again if I needed any plumbing needs.Janet Skokan
Mark was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some great advise on how to avoid future issues. We had a clogged sewer line and mark used ingenuity and skill to remove some large root balls out of our sewer. I could not be more happy with the work he did. Mark also had great communication, he always returned my texts/calls promptly and was able to resolve our issue within 24 hours of me calling. I highly recommend using Pro Power Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.
Mr Mark pulled up got to work an was on his way (awesome quick fast an professional) right on super that's how run a five star business thanks Mark i appreciate you.
Jeff Wolaver Sewer Service was hired to connect sewer, water and gas service from my home to my garage to change finished space in my garage to living space. I reiterated many times to Jeff that this work needed to be done legally with the correct permits and passing inspections and he stated that it would all be done with the proper permits from both the city utility department and Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. He started this work on November 09, 2015. The majority of the work was completed on November 21, 2015, with the exception of connecting the water and gas to the home and installing the shower drain and shut off valves for the water and gas in the garage finished space. Jeff finished most of he work, except for the roughed in shower drain. The water and gas lines that Jeff ran from the basement in the home to the garage space were left hanging and open. After 4 weeks of Jeff making excuses for NOT completing the work as agreed, he quit answering my calls and would not return request to call me on voicemails left on his phone. After 2 more weeks, (12/28/2015) I contacted Pikes Peak Regional and spoke with the plumbing inspector to see if I could get the work that was completed inspected and what needed to be done to hire another plumber to complete the work. At this time, they informed me that NO permit was pulled to complete any work inside my home or garage. He asked for the information to contact Jeff Wolaver so he could call him and discuss the problem with him. On 12/20/2015 Pikes Peak Regional called me and informed me that he did speak with Jeff and that Jeff admitted doing the work, but stated he did not know he wasn't supposed to do the plumbing work that required a licensed plumber, which Jeff Wolaver is not. Jeff has been in the sewer business in Colorado Springs for approximately 40 years and pleading ignorance is not a valid defense. A complaint has been filed with the Southern Colorado BBB.
