I interviewed here and was completely shocked at the owners unprofessional practices and fed up attitude. Not only did she tell me how much she didnt want to be there anymore and was trying to "get out" and sell her business, but she tried to say that i could be taking on some of her responsibilities as she phases out as time progresses. She stated that multiple people quit (she told me why! Super sketchy practices) and said they quit because she was trying to unload some of her work on them so she could leave soon, and all of them agreed the pay wasn't worth the responsibilities of an owner so they left and she proceeded to tell me how lazy that was and how she cant count on anyone. I dont blame them and this is obviously a company that wont be around very long. I feel sorry for whoever she hired and im not surprised i see the position open up every month or so on indeed.

Super UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife interviewed with the owner who proceeded to share private, what should be confidential information about previous employees and current employees - information that you wouldn't want shared! Then, she tells my wife that if she gets hired and there is something that my wife wants to be kept confidential, she will "try" to keep it confidential. Keep in mind this is after she explains why several former employees were fired and why one is on leave from the company. Unbelievable! Some people have no professionalism whatsoever. Now, having read numerous reviews where the owner is very argumentative with prior unsatisfied customers and others that she treats rudely, I am not surprised at what my wife endured. An interview isn't just one way. My wife was deciding if she wanted to work for the company and after what she endured it was a waste of her time. She wishes she had not interviewed with this very unprofessional business owner! People don't realize that sharing such information is grounds for a law suit. That is why professional organizations do not even provide good or bad references for former employees, rather they will only give dates of employment. A short class in Human Resources would surely be of help to this owner who is operating in a manner that could get her company sued.

I just moved into a house that had a move out clean from Noriko's. This house was so filthy and disgusting when we moved in that we had to spend 6 hours before moving our furniture in scrubbing this house. There was still urine on toilets, food on kitchen cabinets, doors covered in food and dirt, floor was so grimy our feet were black within hours of walking on the floors, not one wall was wiped,. The people who hired them made arrangements for them to come back out and clean so we set up an appointment with them. The day of the appointment we waited a hour and 15 minutes past our appointment time with no show or phone call. We called the office and were told the cleaners were 45 minutes behind and didn't know how much longer they would be. Now how are you 45 minutes behind and it's already been 75 minutes? Like I said not even a call to say they were running behind so I took off of work for nothing. I feel sorry for the guy who paid them because he's going to lose part of his deposit. I suggest you find another company because you might end up losing money.
