I worked for Jack Deering for about 6 - 7 months. I decided to eliminate myself from his staff when my father died unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident. At first it seemed as though Jack was a very caring and understanding boss. However, not even a full week went by before I was being harrassed to get back to work. My mother was also in this accident. Thankfully she survived! But she was not released from Penrose Hospital until 3 to 4 days after the accident. We wanted to check with her before we made any funeral arangements, but after she was released she was very tired and weak so she slept alot the day she came home- HELLO? SHE SUFFERED MASSIVE BRAIN TRAUMA.



Anyways I had told Jack that I had planned on getting back to work that Sunday- even though the funeral arangments had not been made yet. Jack called me that Thursday or Friday to ask if I would return. I told him I was not sure yet because the funeral arangements hadn't been made but that I KNEW that I would attend the funeral. He began to argue with me about it, demanding that I tell him if I would be there or not. I told him I didnt know and the decisions were to be made by my mother when she awoke. He continued to argue with me, and began demanding that I wake my mother up right at that moment to let him know. This was the moment that I decided Jack was not as he appeared.



So if you're looking for a job LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE but if you're looking for a custodial company to clean your buisness, Jack would be the one to call. Work seems to be all he cares about and he will make sure that whatever needs to be done will get done- at all and any cost
