Eagle Roofing Company

We were commended by a friend to get our repairs done with this company. I am using the word "owner" to identify with whom my husband talks and calls. This was back in June 2018. This has been an ongoing battle of no show, no call by this company. We gave them the days and time of availability for them to come in to do the repairs to include weekends as well. My husband, son, and daughter also took time of of work on the days we were told by this company they were coming to do the repairs. Each time it was a "NO SHOW and NO CALL" from the company. We cleared out our living and dinning room areas as requested by the company so they prep the area in August and did not return until late Sept do complete the repair and still is in need touch up work. This is now October , mid October and lets the owner know that we are tired of this situation, our family is coming for the holidays and we want the repairs to be completed, so that we can get the house ready for them and the holidays. "NO Problem" the owner says it will be done before than. Our kitchen was worked on, on Halloween day, my husband called the owner the next day to come to see the work that was done and the owner himself said " he did a bum job", called the man who did the repair to come and see the repair which he did and he himself said "it was a bum job, he would be coming back on Saturday around 11:30 am to redo the repair. Again, we waited and again it was a "NO SHOW and a NO CALL." My husband called the owner, he said "he can't come by, again they have a job in Lamar!, My husband said to him, "no the guy told me he would be back on
Saturday today, owner said he would call back, hung up with the owner. Owner called back to say it must have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication, he can by next week to redo the repair. He reminds the owner about family coming into town and how all the repairs were to be done. At this point we are done!... the NO SHOW AND NO CALLS CONTINUES , so my husband lets him know that we want our money back for the work that has not been completed, the owner than offers to come and do the work himself, only after my husband ask for the portion of the money that we paid in full for all of the repair to be completed. After going through all of this and being as patient for as long as we have, next week will be a NO SHOW and NO CALL again. We are truly sorry it has come to this, we don't know if we are the first to be treated this way, but we are hoping that we will be the last. No one should be treated this way, no home owner rather 65 or 22 years of age. The owner said he will get the invoice, all we want is the monies for the bum repair and the other repairs which has not been completed, so that we can move forward in getting our repairs completed correctly
