Acme Pawn Shop's

I am a long time customer and just wanted to let you know that this is the third time I go to your store, last day 12-10-15 at approximately 11:30 am I visited your store and you guys have a new employee at the counter in the main entrance, this is the second time I deal with this guy, he is very rude and not friendly at all, very bad customer service, I remind you guys that is us your long time customers that pay your salary, you guys have a job because of us, I did not write a review the first 2 times but I had enough with this jackass, once I get my items back I will look for another place to do business, ironically the manager was next to him. A few months before I went to your store, sold an item and one of your employees short change me for $20 when I went back to the store to claim my money the manager (the same manager on 12-10-15) said that the register was not over $20 meaning that the employee kept the money, I reported the issue and in all fairness to ACME I never saw that employee again, but I still lost my $20 and the manager was rude to me and did nothing to solve my problem, you guys were a lot better a couple of years ago!!!
