        I am in love with my Hamlet Home in Colonial Beach. It is exceptionally well built and shows so much attention to detail. My wife & I get compliments from all guests. We love the town too!
        Always a choice of fun things to do
        here.

        My husband and I own our second Hamlet Home. He transferred to Dahlgren from Quantico and we were glad to find they build in Colonial Beach. Dave worked with us, and they built our same model home (which we love!) the Madison colonial, and actually sold our home for more in Stafford and bought our next Hamlet Home for less in Colonial Beach !! This is a great area, I do not think many people know about it. We tell our friends at the office, and some have come from Maryland. They sold their house also for more than to have their bigger new home here. Hamlet is friendly and we recommend anyone in the area to buy from them!
