Travelers Beware. Are you getting tired? Need a quick break, coffee, a quick bite? Do Not Stop here. The service the last two times we stopped was equally horrible. The stops we made were six months a part. I asked who the manager was and the employee said she didn't know. Women's bathroom had no toilet paper. One toilet was clogged. We ordered one small coffee and one mocha. I watched 4 orders get fulfilled in front of me and when I asked for our coffee they had no idea where the order had gone. So very sad and frustrating. We will not return.

This place is a model of poor management.The lines are consistantly long.They make you form one line about 5 feet from a cashier.(you never know which station is open) When I finally ordered 2 fruit parfaits the cashier acted verybusy tring to find out where they kept them.She comes back, slams them on the counter and when I asked for a tray she turned around to attend a Manager's meeting.I had to raise my voice to get her attention for a tray and when I turned around I could hear the manager asked if I had a burr up my *******

My compliments on how to alienate a good customer.......

I am hoping the owner of this MCD sees this review for corrective action.

The coffee here is the best, service is pretty good for a fast food place. The newly remodled dine-in area is very modern...you might even say fancy. Located just off of I-94 it's a great on/off highway stop.
