The only thing ultimate about the place is the disappointment. I've been to them four times and there's been a problem everytime. Today I was rushed through and my gel polish doesn't even cover the whole nail on several fingers. They are rude and don't listen to what the customer wants. I am a good tipper so I don't appreciate their manner I will NOT be returning. My money will be appreciated elsewhere!!!! Absolutely zero stars unless negative infinity is allowed!

Absolutely no stars. I had my toes done and nails done with gel. Well five hours after leaving my toenails smeared. And less that a week later my gel nails were peeling off. Not to mention the girl filed my nails so thin that I can't have them redone. Never going back there. A waste of money.
This place get a zero rating from me they butchered my toe and finger without giving a simple apologie. NEVER GOING BACK.
