Flint Creek Steak House

The remodel of Flint Creek Steakhouse is really disappointing! The restaurant used to look like a swanky Vegas lounge and I know it needed some updating but now it just looks like Callahan's and opens into the casino so you get all the noise and the smoke from the casino and the bar that's now incorporated into the dining room. You can't even talk to anyone at your table because it is so noisy.

The food was always excellent and the service superior. Now the menu has changed to include more things like Callahan's but the food isn't as good as Flint Creek used to be. One medium rare steak was cooked more than 3 well done steaks and that was after one order was already messed up. The Flint Creek that I knew included service that went above and beyond, even helping to serve birthday cake. Last night, they wanted me to get rid of a birthday cake I brought for my mom because it was against their "policy." Service as well as the quality of food have been ripped out like the plush carpet and comfortable seating.

Flint Creek was literally the best place to go for a glass of a wine and a quiet dinner and they've ruined all of that as far as I'm concerned.
