Philly Pretzel Factory

FANTASTIC! AWESOME! SPECTACULAR!



I am fron New Jersey and have family down in Titusville. My family LOVES Philly pretzels (I have to take them some every time I visit) My sister had a birthday yesterday and I wanted to surprise her with some goodies. I heard that Philly pretzel factory opened up in Cocoa Beach. I figured what the heck, i'll see if they can deliver.

I talked to Teresa and she handled everything PERFECTLY to set up the order and make the birthday special!!!! Ron the owner actually delivered the gifts all the way from Cocoa Beach up to Titusville!!!! What a class act by both of these people!

My sister was THRILLED and the whole family is still enjoying the pretzels. They are looking forward to having yummy treats for lunch this week.



Way to go Teresa & Ron, AWESOME job! Philly pretzel factory, YOU ROCK!!!

Don't go, the pretzels are nearly raw. The service is bad, and when I went in there wasn't anyone at the front for over a minute. I tried the ice cream too and the one I had was supposed to be cotton candy flavored, but it was like a sour grape... This place is a disappointment, and for that area they probably wont make it past this fall, only an idiot would buy two franchises in this area, lol. There is no seating, staff has bad attitudes and the food sucks... wish I could give them no stars!
