Nawrocki Dental

I have known and been going to Dr. Nawrocki for years and have never had a complaint about the office staff, professionalism, mannerism, or dedication to his patients. He has even seen my son on a fast weekend home while in the service and didn't charge him. He has a wonderful staff that is always cheerful and welling to go above the norm to provide special patient care at all times and never pushy or bullying. Between my husband, myself and son we have had all kinds of procedures done over the past 20+ years and have never once felt neglected or abused in anyway under his patient care. They have always worked through my insurance under reasonable costs. When my son got out of the military Dr. Nawrocki did a baseline from his last checkup, just out of high school when going into the military, for the VA updates, at a minimal cost. Some of his childhood Doctors would not even do that! But this allowed the VA a place to start with any kind of disability he might have been allowed. Dr. Nawrocki wasn’t under any obligation to do that, but he did! If had to complain about anything it would be for him to join the dental Network I am on, but that is minor compared to the wonderful care I get from him and his staff.

DISSAPOINTING, IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. ZERO STARS. I expected professionalism & a moral compass, neither of which are at this office.I’ve worked in a dental office for the past 10 years. I scheduled an appointment & advised the office in detail which areas need to be addressed first (PAINFUL). I emailed completed new patient paperwork, CURRENT 2017 Full Mouth Series AND 2017 Panoramic digital x-rays from previous dentist. I wasn’t at this appointment because I felt I covered all the bases. I was wrong! My fiancée was bulldozed into x-rays he didn't need & a cleaning that was NOT the deep cleaning in the area I identified. He was informed THIS office was going to take another full set of x-rays. He asked why that was necessary. They said, 'the new patient price includes it'; as if that’s a reason to endure the aggravation/radiation/time of ANOTHER 18-24 UNNECESSARY X-RAYS. He obliged. Time was not allotted for the treatment I advised would be necessary & the hygienist had no openings in the near future. He was put on a will-call list. I emailed requesting the next visit be coordinated appointments for the extraction & deep cleaning.They called to confirm an appointment he was bulldozed into making before leaving the first visit, to prepare 2 crowns on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE AREA IN PAIN. They called offering deep cleaning in the same area at the time of the crowns because he'll be numb anyway (the OPPOSITE SIDE of the mouth from the pain/extraction/deep cleaning area treatment planned). He cannot take pain medication & doesn’t want any. He just needed the work done. I left the dental profession in 2017. “Unprofessional” does not begin to describe this dental office calling to offer ANYTHING before addressing the area of concern/pain. It's a baffling and disappointing example of placing profit over patient care. Money was not the problem. The problem is the negligence in treatment & communication, unprofessionalism, and absolute absence of patient care.

Came in for just a cleaning, and it was amazing how comfortable the staff makes you feel, I felt at home. Nothing like my past dental experiences, where I was frightened and intimidated, everything was explained to me, they help you understand your treatment =) Best dental office ever!!!

I really like this Dental office. The Staff was so friendly and professional, they helped me get an appointment promptly. The doctor was phenomenal, I am very pleased with what I got done. The have the latest technology in the office. And the hygienist is the best!! Finally found a great Dentist that does it all in the same office.

Broke a front tooth on vacation and called this office he wanted to do a crown but I was not going to be here long enough so he did a temp filling and charged $275.00.
I have never paid that much for one filling I just had the se tooth done at he on the other side and it coat me $95.00. They know you have no choose eather pay it or spend my vacation toothless. Toothless but not moneyless. Lol
