All things poultry here. Brown eggs from our free ranging hens by the dozen or get a deal by stocking up and getting 5 dozen at a time. Frozen whole cornish cross chickens are in good supply from our summer batch of birds. Get the most out of your whole chicken by cooking or piecing a bird for your first meal, using leftover chicken for second meal (or soup if too little meat), and then boiling the leftover carcass to make a delcious rich stock for soups and more. Freeze the stock or leftover chicken to use later

Raised in our hoophouse in deep bedding during the winter or rotated around the gardens in the summer. Our pigs are allowed to be pigs, dig in the dirt, enjoy sunshine, and chop on grass/hay.
