Our Realtor recommended Patti to inspect a home we are in

the process of purchasing and we're glad she did! We've purchased a few homes and have been through this process before, but have never been so thoroughly informed about what is good and what needs to be repaired. Patti is a professional (licensed electrician and plumber) and knows her stuff - trust her. If you don't entrust her to do your inspection you're making a huge mistake!

My wife and I are purchasing a home and Patti was highly recommended by our realtor. She was great and really took the time to go through everything with us. We felt very comfortable knowing she wasn't cutting any corners and was very straight with us. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a home.

I recently bought a property in the country which was built in 1975 and Patti was recommended by my real estate agent who said that she was amazing. Boy was she right! Patti is very profession and also very, very personable. I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge that she has in all aspects of home building. She methodically went through every aspect of the home inspection and made sure we were right there with her as she explained everything along the way, taking her time answering any questions that we had. She also offered many extra tips that will be very helpful in the future. I don't think you can get that just anywhere. Patti certainly is the best at what she does and she will be my go-to girl in the future!!

We had a great experience with Patty. She is incredibly thorough and explains absolutely everything as she goes through the home. She answered all of our (many) questions and made sure we understood everything about the house and it's functioning. We will definetly use her again in the future!

Wow! I've purchased several homes over the years and have never been impressed by the home inspector until now. Patti was recommended to me by friend and knows her stuff. She was extremely through taking the time to not only show me what she was inspecting but also explained in detail how things worked and why. Patti took her time and encouraged me to follow her during the inspection. I've never had that happen before. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided an easy to following report afterward. Very knowledgable in all phases including plumbing, electrical, and carpentary. Would I recommend Tri California Home Inspections? Absolutely! As far as I'm concered there is nobody else.

Patty is great at her job. She is very thorough. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything she does and gives helpful suggestions. Will use her again anytime I need a home inspection.

She invited my wife and myself to walk with her as she inspected each room, patiently listening and answering our questions as we went along. She seemed to have very solid knowledge of plumbing and electricity, provided many helpful hints on how best to correct any needed repairs, and gave good tips on types of products and brands she recommends.



This review is based on our personal experience with Patti, but I would give Patti 5+ stars because she seemed to go above and beyond what you normally expect a home inspector to do. Patti is a great Home Inspector that will try to answer all your questions in a way that even non-Do-It-Yourselfers can understand.

Patti was very thorough and explained everything in terms I would understand, as a first-time home buyer. Also, easy to read inspection report.

I recently bought a home in the area and had Patti take a look at it. I don't think there is any part of my home she didn't look at AND go over with me during the inspection. She invited me to be at the inspection in case I had questions or if she had concerns. Wow. I knew about every part of my new home like I had all of her experience. She's qualified in so many different things you got to look at her website to see them. She won't try to sell you on bells and whistles you don't need from an inspector. She has the bells and whistles if you want them but to me just her looking at my home is more than enough. Thanks for helping me out Patti. Don't know what I would have done without you. Probably get an inferior inspection from your competition. YOU WERE THE BEST PATTI!!!

Full rundown: Patti is a great professional that has what you need when getting a home inspection and that is years of experience; as like many things experience counts. She is extremly thorough with her inspection and will let you know everything she is doing, if not, you can ask! She wants you there and shows you all the tips and tricks you need to know about your home (e.g. fences, plants, sprinklers, bathrooms, fireplaces etc). Patti is great at this and will serve you well. So stop searching and call her. 5 stars!
