Performance Glass

This place was awful. I called them because my usual glass company was unavailable and I needed a window replaced on a listing quickly. The lady who answers the phone was kind of rude, they booked an appointment and then didn't show up or call. I was told that she forgot to write it down. I booked another appointment with them for 6am. It was another no show no call. I waited around at the property for 45 minutes and was calling every few minutes trying to see if they were on their way. I didn't get an answer or a voicemail. When I finally reached someone two hours later, I was told that the owner wrote the appointment down for the wrong date. I asked if they could get someone out there later that afternoon and was told that they send their guys home at 3:00. The least they could've done was had someone stay over and take care of this glass for me. They weren't at all concerned with making things right for me. This was truly an awful experience all the way around with ALOT of wasted time. I was able to call around and find another glass company to meet me there with an hours notice and had the repair done in 20 minutes at a fraction of the costs.
