Business arrived within the window estimated. The technician called To notify when he was 15-20 minutes from arrival. The technician, Morino, was very friendly and explained everything regarding the products, process and payment in detail prior to starting the cleaning. The technician also arrived wearing a mask and maintains a social distance. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I was very happy with his service and would recommend zerorez to others. I would also consider requesting Morino when booking future cleanings if possible.
