Garfield Plaza Apartments

They have had bed bugs in the past and have them still as I post this. This seems to be a re- occurring problem at this complex. Call them and ask they can't deny it and have to report it!!!!!I live in this complex and will be moving soon. Management, including Julianna who works at the front desk, is incompetent and rude. They are not helpful at all, and only want to spray the bed bugs not heat treat the units. The only way to get rid of bed bugs is heat treatment not all bed bugs respond to spray!!!!! They are also charging innocent tennant's to pay for the useless spray when it's not their problem!!! They especially prey on elderly and less well off neighbor's that don't have the resources to fight back. Thank God I'm leaving this place, what a disgrace and worst complex I have ever lived at!!!!
