        This is a great place for just about anything food wise. In the summer they have a wide variety of plants, you can't go wrong. Service is also very good

        I spoke to the manager about getting some tomatoes to can and he was the first one that I spoke to that had any brains (and I spoke to many ) and was very friendly, helpful, informative and a real pleasure to speak to. Tomorrow will be my first time there but I am sure it will be a great
        . Will update you after I actually go there.

        GREAT place !

        Great meat, great fruits and vegetables, great service, and a great staff. Everyone ready to help. Like an old fashioned store. Vegetables and fruits are stocked and the place is very clean. Try them out. You'll like everything about this place.

        What we say about stews that doesn't conjure up remembered scenes and aroma of Saturday afternoons at Grandmas's house, or spending a day home from school because a big snowstorm cancelled all classes? Mother and Grandmother made stew in their usual no-nonsense manner. It was filling and economical and used ingredients that were on hand. Stews are forgiving food, easygoing and open to improvisation and substitution. They also reduce pressure in the kitchen, since stews are nearly always better made a day or two in advance of serving. The finished product, long simmered and rich flavored, is always a crowd pleaser. Stew says something special to your guests; feel welcomed, comforted, nourished.
