I wish they also had an online payment service. IT would make payments so much easier. They are located past Clinton towards I-75 and it either takes a stamp or driving there which isn't very convenient or cost-effective.
Become environmentally-conscious - provide online bill payments!
Most poorly managed company I've ever delt with. Rude, non caring, non smiling staff. Can not pay on line, see your bill or anything relevant to your account. How does any one stay in business in this day and age that is so far behind the times.
The lady in the back corner office is by far the most incompetent employee there.
Send all employees for training in how to deal with the public, buy a computer system and have an engineer redesign your drive and parking area.
"$50 deposit" they said, when I asked how long until I get it back, they said "you don't". Definition of deposit: : "money that you pay when you buy or rent something and that you can get back if you return the thing or leave it in good condition". A reputable business shouldn't advertise that u can log in online, or pay your bill online, and deceive you with a false link to do so if in fact you truly can't.

50 years behind the times. Can't take a credit card for payment, no online payment option. Outrageous fees for doing anything.
Drill a well before you give them a dime. When I got my meter I paid a 1000.00 security deposit for never being a member of theres. I was told verbally in 2 years I get that back as long as as I paid my bill and we'll my neighbor said same thing so never questioned it. Waited 2 years called them they changed there story went back through my paper work with plans to sue and yes found where I had paid the 1000.00 but convently they never put in writing what it was for. ACWA is nothing but a bunch of lying crooks and will steal every penny they can get. Be smart find someone to drill a well
The employees have always been very friendly, and they were very easy to work with when we had a major leak. But the company doesn't even have a website! There's no way to pay on line, and they close at 4:00, well before most people get off work.
Why the Hell is there no Online Payment options. I mean are we still fearful of what this little card might achieve if given some room? GET WITH THE TIMES!
They have been very good to me. Adjusted bill for a leak with no hassle. My bank pays bills through online banking, mailing checks if needed. Most banks do!
If you're not going to accept debit/credit and not going to have an online option, at least stay open after 4!!!! I don't have the luxury of getting off an hour and a half early every time I need to pay my bill...Suck that there is so online option either.
I really dont understand all the negative reviews just because of not having an online payment option. I do agree that it can be a hassle, but ive not had any problems with this company other than the payment option. Sounds like there is an abundance of lazy people in these reviews. And some people even saying it is too hard to get your kids dressed and put in the car to go pay a bill? Maybe you shouldnt have had any kids if they are too hard for you to get dressed.
Terrible service! No online billing. No way to get in contact with them when you need help. They have an "answering service", someone who answers your call and will leave a message for you!! REALLY I think I might like a job like that oh wait you can't find those cause we have answering machines now!!! ARRGGGHH So frustrating. ACWA stop paying someone to "answer your phones and get a freakin website and online billing! Then people will be able to pay their bills on time and have accurate billing information. Oh wait but then you all wouldn't be making a killing off all the ppl who actually work for a living and don't have time to swing by your offices for a visit.
I agree with everyone else, ACWA is SO behind the times. A lot of the times that people are late with their payments are due to the VERY limited payment options available to them. Cmon ACWA, enter the 21st century!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
such a pain to drive to the house to pay some of us have small children ans it's way to hard to them dressed and put in the car just to drive to pay a bill
acwa needs to get with the times, needs online service,,be able to take credit cards/debit cards,,at least extend hours or something so people dont have to take off work to get there to pay before they close,,they act like there doing you a favor by taking your money..beam in....minus 1 star rating...the light company takes credit/debit cards why cant the water company?
I won't express how I truly feel right now, but it sure would make life more convenient if you would take online payments!
need to get with the present and out of the past and get online billing and to be able make credit or debit card payments.
Hate that you can't pay online!!!!
It is a hassle to have to go down to there office and pay a bill. You cant pay over the phone or online. This is the main reason why I am moving out of Anderson county. They open at 8a and close at 4p. Well I hate to tell you but this is STUPID!!! I work off Campbell Station and have to be in at 8 and dnt get off till 5 and I work nights at a second job. So please tell me how a single mother of 2 can afford to have her stuff cut off bc you all what to be idiots. It's not that hard to install the computer system to help people out, Hell look at you fancy building and nice trucks. Get a online system to pay bills, or atleast be able to do it over the damn phone.
I wish ACWA had an Online Payment Option! It would make it so much easier for customers to pay.
