Horrible! Good at coming back, putting you on hold, as previously mention. Will call and make an appointment with you, but then change it after you left work to meet them. Seem a little confused about their job.

Shoddy service last month- they now have to come back, but it's going to take them 5 days or more to even assess -- not fix --- ASSESS the problem. It's 102 in our house ---but next week is just the earliest they can get here. Not acceptable. If you need work done, do NOT call them!
