Fidelity Systems

Fidelity worked closely with our company to plan the transition to upgrade the connectivity for this critical application. They also worked through the intensive planning in 2010 prior to the “go-live” that included an upgrade of the server environment and the installation of a significant number of new workstations and printers. This included computers in each exam room at both of their clinic locations.



Fidelity worked directly with the vendor to de-bug the system during the testing phase and after go-live. The conversion was very successful thanks to the attention to detail and hard work of Fidelity
