A company that writes its own review should be an immediate warning. Found their service to be unprofessional and inexperienced. Called out for a pet stain and they actually made it worse. They wet the carpet (and left it wet) then covered up the smell with deodorizer which wore off within a day. Then they just said if you have dogs its just something you will have to get used to --- What kind of statement is that. I will not use again. Other companies I have used did a fine job on issues like this so I know its possible.
