Frames where not fitted, no assistance picking out frames. When asked for help she was rude. I choose womens frames and nothing was said. MORE than disappointed!!

The only reason I'm giving thus place 2 stars is for the woman who helped me when I initially picked my glasses. As for the rude girl who was suppose to help me make sure they fit correctly there are no nice words to describe how unprofessional you are. This girl with bad reddish hair is awful. She is rude and uncaring. Never in my life would I be able to treat someone the way she treated me. I will never go back!!!!

Went in with 2 kids for glasses. Was 100% ignored until I finally asked "Which one of you is the optical tech?" Neither answered. One walked over to me. "These are the glasses you want? You got your insurance card? These will be $150 and these $15. What glasses did your other kid pick? I can't start him until he gives me the frames." We're in there for 25 minutes picking out 3 frames and THAT's ALL we get? We were completely ignored. When we were spoken to, it was curt to say the least. Don't recommend. Won't use them. Ever. Will pay full price before we go back.No customer service (or people skills in general) required to work there!!! Guess that's why Medicaid insurance uses them- There's no fee for customer service!
