Its a luxury nail salon very sanitized and friendly environment. They love to take care of customer.
Last night was my first mani-pedi @ Friendly Nails. I’m still new to Cleburne & had been looking for a ‘Nail Salon Home!’Well, I can tell you, I’ve found it! From the kindness and very reasonable price, and the abilities of the staff to the relaxed & yes, Friendly, ladies who gave me an A-1 Mani-Pedi, it was a great experience and it’s my new ‘Nail Salon’ home! Thank you, ladies and you have a new permanent customer!😀
This isn't my normal nail place, but my nails were horrible, so decided to give then a try. The guy that did my nails, didn't really talk. Kept coughing or answering his phone. Burned me with the tools several times. I got a "French manicure". It really looks like my 3 year old niece did the job. The paint isn't dry, 5 hours later, it's just rubbing off. Never will I go back here. I guess you get what you pay for.
Went to get my nails done and the first thing I saw was them cutting a lady with the nail file. It happens so I brushed it off. So I had them do a full set for me. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. The acrylic was completely in even in both too and bottom. The paint and glitter was uneven. When I asked them to fix it, they filed a bit and said it was fixed (which it wasn't).
I was a little weary at first when I walked in and a guy did my nails and I should have been, he did a crummy job...I wanted a butterfly too and his boss had to remove the nail job that he did and redo both hands before he tried to draw a butterfly on my thumbs...it was a B with black and white on it, I guess it was suppose to be a butterfly? Didn't get the butterfly and I will NOT Go back to this place! It looks like a five year old did my nails and he only charged me $20 but now I'm going to have to pay to have my nails done again!
I went in to get a shellac manicure for myself. I get my nails done regularly in my home town by professionals, so I have a pretty good idea on how the service should be performed. I sat down at the first lady's station and then said she was going to do someone else's first and made me go sit and wait again. Once I got seated at the second lady's station, she sat down and told a waiting customer that she would be done in 10 minutes. I probably should've left then. She proceeded to take my shellac nail polish off with a grinder (instead of a hand file, cotton balls soaked in acetone, foil wrapped around to soak them off gently). The very first nail she put the grinder on she ground my cuticle and made it bleed. She proceeded to do that with three of my cuticles and actually broke the corner of my nail off with the grinder. Didn't even apologize. She did two coats. No bottom coat, no top coat. On top of the horrible quality of service, the place was very dirty.
Yet another example of ignorance of business owners... If you do business with Fancy Nails on Henderson in Cleburne can I ask you to boycott them and tell them why...Went to get my nails filled and after telling me to come back in 40 minutes (which I sat in my car right in front of the door) I go back in for them to tell me they can't have the dog in... I calmly explained that he's a service dog and they responded with I don't care he(the other employee) is scared to death of him(because of his size)... I'm upset, but I calmly walked out... If you are a foreign born individual operating a business here in the US, it should be mandatory that you understand the public access laws established by the ADA... This is my second experience with this type of business telling me I can't bring my service animal in with me...
Agree with the 2 other comments. Went today and it was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had. She cut my cuticles down so far they were bleeding and then she was using the lotions and alcohol, which set my toes on fire! She then used the hot stones and wax. They were so hot, my feet are still red an hour later. She dropped one of the stones on the floor and continued to use it. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone!
Worse nail salon ever had the most awful pedicure price states $25 but got charge $40 and I Did not ask for any extras nor did she ask me if I wanted them 1st and last time to ever come here will have burn and scratch marks on legs for a couple of days
