Why call it a "walk-in" clinic when patients that "call in" are seen before the patients that "walk-in"? I sat for about 2 hours, and patients kept coming in after I had and they were seen before me. I was in pain, bleeding under my make-shift bandage and feeling nauseated but, kept getting the same story about how those other people "had called ahead to make an appointment". Well, had I known ahead of time that I was going to cut half my finger off, I surely would have called ahead to make an appointment!!! I even asked if they could, in fact, help me or if I needed to go elsewhere. Also, funny how quickly the office staff all rushed to the front desk to pay for their food delivery when the delivery man arrived but, the rest of the time things were going at a very slow pace.
