        I've always made it a habit not to write reviews, not sure why when I do read others. I would simply say that you need to do your due diligence before signing an agreement with Data Age. The administrative side of the business is Horrible, no customer service skills what so ever. Once you've purchased their software, your hooked! I will say that the tech support side is above average, which I feel they think is acceptable. Once again, do your due diligence and research other software providers, there are others out there that sincerely care about your business.
