This was the absolute best dealership that I had ever had the pleasure of visiting. Robert Walker helped us so much that I was able to drive off in a extremely nice Kia. The whole place had a very welcoming feeling to it. They actually put me in a 2011 with on 21,000 miles on it so they do have vehicles that are low mileage and was exactly what I wanted. Also, to the people who have filed bankruptcy and think u cant get a vehicle. We just filed and this dealership did everything and we are now in a new KIA. Thankyou so much!!!

I recently purchased a car from Matthews Motors and everyone was really helpful and professional. I was coming out of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and converting into a Chapter 7 and needed a car immediately because my old car was totaled. The staff, especially Kim Miller was very knowledgeable about what I could and could not do given my bankruptcy status. I was able to find a great car with the help of an amazing salesman, Jeryl Murph, and my overall experience was great.

Friendliest and most caring people in town! They helped me get the right car at the right price and negotiated on my behalf as if it was for themselves! Do yourself a favor and see them FIRST!

Steve Matthews has one of the nicest Dealerships in the area. It looks like a franchised car dealer. Great selection and they do a safety check before any cars are put up for sale. Nice people to work with. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will find it for you

I want to thank Murph for a great experience. After some small talk we realized that we had worked together in the construction business years ago and it was good to make that connection again. My wife and I had no idea that we would purchase a vehicle that evening!! We were there to just look at what was available and then decided to test drive one of the SUVs. We were leaving to go home and spotted another SUV that was not yet on the lot for sale. After a brief inquiry, it seem to fit the criteria we had been looking for. We took it for a test drive and decided it may be the one. As a lifelong citizen of Clayton it's good to have a Dealership that we look forward visiting again. Thanks to Murph and the crew!! I walked into Matthew motors with nothing but myself hoping to just look at cars to purchase at a later date because I felt I would need money for a down payment. It was no longer than an hour in a half and I had keys in my hand! This was my first time purchasing a car off a car lot and I must say it was a more than great experience! Pete and Alan were great salesman and I will be more than happy to recommend anyone go to Matthew motors and get what they're looking for!!! They truly are a walking man's friend!

I'm so Beyond thankful yesterday I went and Purchased a new 2015 car. This is something I never in my dreams thought I would be able to do. Murph who is actually the sales floor manager walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable with each and every step. My family has gained a new friend and will most definitely be back. What a way to start off 2016, thank you so much to Murph and all the wonderful employee at Matthew Motors!

Kim Miller was absoulutrley the most helpful representative. She took my information, listened to my story, found the vehcle in inventory, had me approved and had my jeep wrangler on its way to my home (almost 4 hours north of the dealership) within a couple of hours. Simplly incredible, professional, honest, detailed, concerned, and a "truth teller". No gimmics, no pressure; I would recomend Marhews and Kim to anyone. very satisfeid.

Don't do it!!!! Don't buy a car at Matthews Motors. I bought a 2010 VW Beetle in March; I have had it in for service 4 times, not including my scheduled oil changes. It has wiring problems (headlights, running lights, etc). I paid extra for an extended warranty, but of course this isn't covered!!!! Had the car in for two days with another problem with the headlights, and now they said it is a $430.00 bucket assembly and the rear trunk latch needs replaced for an additional $329.00....and surprise, surprise.....neither one of these are covered!!! General Sales Manager Mike assured me that he would take care of it, or get me into another car since this one seems to be a piece of junk....Spent 4 hours there today to learn that they can't do anything for me; not even take care of the repair!!! I will never buy another vehicle from this company, and they will be reported to the proper agency.
