The DJ provided for our wedding was about as bad as you can imagine. I'll begin with the good - he was very affordable. That being said - you get what you pay for.



And now the BAD. The DJ arrived without all of our paperwork so he was not aware of all our songs or dances that we wanted. We had go through all our songs and dances with the DJ right before our entrance. Then our entrance. NO enthusiasm whatsoever in his voice as he announced the bridal party or my wife and I. He messed up our titles as well. Fast forward to the dinner. We had requested rather traditional music during our meal such as Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, etc. Music that we thought all our guests would enjoy. Instead we got Beyonce and Maroon 5. Continuing on to the dances. He did approach me to let me know that our first dance would be starting soon. I asked him to wait until I could find my bride. It wasn't seconds after finding my bride all the way across the room that our first song started. We missed a good 20 seconds of our song just walking to the dance floor. The bridal party joined us for a dance after that and he started the WRONG SONG only to cut it off after 3-4 seconds once he realized his mistake. Then came the father-daughter dance and mother-son dance. No issues during those until he announced me as the WRONG NAME after my dance with my mother! To round out the evening, he forgot to do the garter toss/bouquet toss. And when he was approached by our photographer and videographer, I was told he acted completely surprised. So he never made an announcement for those events, he just started the music for the bouquet toss. Immediately follow that he started the WRONG SONG for the garter toss.



From start to finish this DJ was awful. He called me by the wrong name at least twice during annoucements (my name is Steve - he called me Scott). I would NEVER USE THIS DJ again and would encourage anyone to save your money and go with a real service elsewhere.



And to put the cherry on top of the cake, when I talked to his managing company they asked me to provide video proof of everything because the DJ denied it. What ever happened to the customer is always right?!
