I asked Lee Ewing of Creative Remodeling to rebuild the front porch on my home in Clarksville, TN. From the very beginning, Lee and his team were fantastic. Due to the fact that I was deployed to Afghanistan at the time, I was concerned about requesting such a large job on my home while I was not present to supervise. Lee eased all of those concerns, as he provided me with regular updates and recommendations on how the job should be executed. He presented me with options, laid out the cost and provided me with a timeline for the work. He was honest, timely, and took it upon himself to make some on-spot decisions that improved the overall quality of the work. Simply put, I could not have been more pleased with the job that he and his team did, and I will absolutely call him again for future work on the home. I gave him a 5/5 star rating, but in reality, he gets 6 stars.

Overall

Mr. Ewing did a deck expansion around my above ground pool. He is very fair, honest and trustworthy. Mr. Ewing is very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and VA services available for disabled veterans. Mr. Ewing goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied with the project and addresses any questions of concerns in a quick, professional manner.They do excellent work and I highly recommend Creative Remodeling for all your home improvement needs.
