I ordered over 90 minutes ago and no food yet. The website is totally confusing with identical websites for each location but they aren't the same so if you don't pay close attention to the address listed, the menus actually are different. Listed time for delivery was 30-45 minutes and when I called they said the driver had left 20 minutes ago. It does not take 20 minutes to get here from their location. I have little to no hope of the food being any good based on the crappy website design, delivery time, and customer service.



UPDATE: The driver just called me because he is lost. /heavy sigh

OMG! I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order online and it took 2 hours...I am not even exaggerating to get my food. When I called to ask where in transition my food was after waiting an hour and half...and they didn't even leave yet!!!!! Oh...by the way, as if waiting for my food was bad, I was on hold for 6 minutes hearing conversation of the staff and being put on the phone with 3 different people. WOW... You could say this reminds me of living in NY, but at least your food gets to you under 30 minutes! I heard King Mao was really good and has amazing reviews, guess I should have ordered from them.

dont EVER get anything delivered from them, they take FOREVERRRRR to get anything out the door. if you have about an hour or more to wait, then go ahead and order (if you like cold food), but if not, id suggest ordering pizza.

This was the most horrible Chinese place ever! It was totally G-R-O-S-S! And I'm not over-exaggerating! I split the General Tso"s Chicken, fried wontons, and 2 eggrolls with my sister and it was absolutely the worst food ever. She and I both felt horrible after we digested this vile filth! I still feel disgusted after what I paid for that, $20 for just that? Never again!!!

Ate there once... That was enough. Had the sesame chicken, not horrible but certainly not the best. But it was the service or the lack there of that did it for me.

I ordered phionex dragon and egg Fu young it's was flat out nasty.. It was my only time I've ordered there and will never go back.. Tasted like grease and eggs.. Jade Dragon is right next door I recommend them I ordered the same thing there and the egg Fu young Is fluffy and not greasy or soggy the sauce is very tasty and the phionex dragon is crispy and lighty battered..

This place is gross... I seen one of their drivers pick at their face and then try to help serve a customer... Need to wash hands.
The food tasted old they say the cook to order but idk.. I ordered egg fu young and it tasted like old grease with a sauce over it.
