The Learning Experience

Love the kids, the staff, the school! It is always a very busy day, but we keep the kids happy and busy. The families are so nice, it was a pleasure working with their children. I had so much fun

Its very a very fun and learning place. The management is great and the co-workers are always there to help when you need them. The hardest part about the job is not getting done what you need to get done. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the children progress each and every day with everything you teach them.

A typical day at work would be fun and play while teaching the kids.



I learned I always had to have lessons prepared even though I wasn't the head teacher. To always be prepare in case of an emergency and I learned kids just learn better when having fun.



The management was great they were always trying to make sure everyone succeeded.



My co-workers were also great and everyone worked as a team

The Learning Experience is a great place to work if you love children. the bosses are great and work with you whenever they can. its a great place for anyone who would like to work in the childcare field.

I have learned how to deal with new parents and their reactions to what their children are doing. My co-workers are amazing, they help me out whenever I need it. The most enjoyable part would be seeing the kids do something that they have never done before.

I have been in the daycare profession for about 20 yrs. this is my first experience with a corporate owned site and I have nothing bad to say . I have dealt with several of the corporate managers and all very nice. I work at the montvale nj site and the management is amazing ! The staff I work with all truly care about the children. My experience there has been nothing but good in the almost 2 yrs. I have been with the company and as an added bonus I take my child with me who loves it as well .

This job was pretty fun, being able to work with children and teach them new things and watching them grow from infants to toddlers as if they were your own.

The Learning Experience makes a great atmosphere to be working in. I have learned more things while working this job than I have any other job. I believe that this job has helped me grow as a person and will help me later on in my life. The ladies that work there make the atmosphere fun and welcoming to anyone. I would recommend this position to anyone looking to enjoy going to work everyday.

Secured workplace feel safe there especially considering its in a busy city

Most of the teachers are top notch others leave something to be desired. My daughter loves the people that work there and we have to say goodbye to them every day, even if she's NOT in that class anymore. This is my first kid in daycare so I am really critical of how my kid is treated. Not so sure that they change diapers on a schedule like they lead you to believe, but both toddler rooms A & B are the best so far!!

I have 2 children that attend TLE Clarkston. They have been there for just over 5 years now. The staff is amazing, treat you like family and know every parent and child's name even if they aren't your teacher. The crafts they create are adorable. You certainly notice the one on one time within the classes. Both my children are well ahead in their learning skills and that's exactly what they will need when they venture out into Elementary. TLE is a fun, positive learning environment for all kids! I would recommend it to any family... in fact I already have!!

My daughter attended here for pre-school in 2010. Her best memories are :"learning sign language... 2 great teachers...making friends". Facility was very clean. Teachers Ms. Christina and Ms. Lindsey were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, and made a lasting impression. Director Kathryn was very personable, attentive, and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

My son has been going for a few months and he seems to enjoy it. As an infant they still do crafts with them and work with the babies schedule.

We think this place is great. Have been sending kids there since right after they opened. The owners are very nice and staff is always courteous. The summer school-age program is well run and our kids love it.

My son has been attending the Clarkston TLE since September 2014. We absolutely love it there. What an amazing learning environment . He is in the preschool class that has such a wonderful learning curriculum and even Spanish and sign language. The staff and lead teachers are so friendly and really show they love what they do. Top notch place!

The Learning Experience is a wonderful place! My child has attended this center for a little over 3 years and has always been well taken care of! He is excited everyday he comes to school! The staff is always smiling and happy to help. I feel as though I am part of a large family when I walk through the doors, and they are always doing fun family oriented activities!
