David was great to work with. We had interviewed several architects and for the budgeted money we were able to spend on an architect; they all wanted to sell us plans they already had, except for DSB Architecture.



David was very thourough in interviewing our wishes in a new home and was able to make suggestions to make everything work. We were extremely happy that we found a liscensed architect that was able to work within our budget. David came back to us after our interview with a preliminary floor plan. We were amazed!! It was everything we wanted and were unable to find. Once we approved the floor plans, David began finalizing the outside of the house. David stuck to our budget and with the process he used, we had no additional architectural fees.



David is extremely easy to work with. He even managed to mediate my husband and I when we disagreed!!



We love our home and cannot say enough about working with David.
