Step by step: I called to make my 1st appointment. The receptionist didn't seem too friendly. She said I could only have my appointment on Thursdays in the morning because of the insurance that I have. That doesn't make much sense and sounds kind of discrimonary. (or however that word goes) I show up early for my appointment and sit there for about a half hour then finally I get to go see the dentist for a regular cleaning. He didn't make me feel xomfortable at all. When I asked questions he didn't have an answer. All he did was tell me not to think about it and that I need to come back for some fillings. I'm terrified of pain and needles so I asked questions about that and he would never give a straight answer. I scheduled my appointment to come back for my fillings but then after I got home I called and cancelled it because I am not comfortable there. It is an upsetting feeling when you walk into that office. i would not suggest this place to anyone. Also, there is no parking except for on the street on hill that you can not see to get out of!
