I made my initial reservation online & then met with the manager a few days before to handle the paperwork & locate the unit I was renting. I planned to use if for 1-2 weeks while waiting for renovations to be completed to a Florida room ~ because of weather delays I needed the unit longer ~ Rick/Manager was great to work with ~ the facilities are very clean and easy to unload & load items into. The security system makes it possible to gain entry at your convenience. The price was as advertised with no hidden fees. Everything I stored was in perfect condition when we were able to move it out.
