We take every precaution to ensure your home and property are protected and thoroughly cleaned-up during the roofing process. Prior to starting on your roof, we "stage" the property, by setting up tarps and barriers to protect the yard, plants, and anything else that could be damaged by debris. Instead of using a big bulky dumpster that could damage your driveway, we use mobile dump trucks to quickly and easily haul away your old roof. At the end of every work day, we inspect your yard and patio for material and nails using high powered magnets to keep your children and pets safe. Our goal is to leave every job site better than we found it.

Gutters
Excellent service throughout the entire process. Roof is beautifully coordinated with my home and gutters. Crew worked hard and cleaned up everything afterwards. If you select Premier Pacific you can relax as they do things right and take care of their customers. Also what a delight to have a nice yummy thank you come afterwards. Siding
Exceeded our expectations with every detail written and confirmed. Communication is very important to this company and we felt we were always in the loop and they are a very well managed company. We called 8 roofing companies over 6 months and we were referred to Premier from a friend from the east side of Portland.
