Factory Direct Floor

I've just use the Factory Direct Floor for my 4th project in the last 18 months and its still a pleasure working with them. The price is always competitive for work that is far better than what I have had done by others before I starting using them. Thx again.

Factory Direct Floor provided great service. The project came in a week early and on budget with the quality of finishes I would expect . The team were professional, innovative, friendly and reliable. From initial meeting through quote to completion they went the extra mile to ensure I was involved with with all aspects of the project including unexpected situations - presenting creative solutions and ensuring I was pleased with the outcomes.

Just had the Factory Direct Floor does a complete basement renovation and we are delighted with the results. Any type of renovation especially basement, can be messy and add a lot of extra stress and disruption to everyday family life. I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail and the tidy workspace that the v crew generated. The crew members were very friendly and courteous.

As they did each room, they asked me to take a look and ensure that I was satisfied and patiently explained any questions I had. We had a long tear in our basement Engineered wood floor and were putting our house on the market within days. Knowing our situation, They came in last minute and repaired our wood floor damage so that you could barely see the line. We were very pleased with the result!

They visited our house to provide a free estimate. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I agreed to the installation we arranged a time and day for the installation. The installer arrived on time and did a great job.
