I took an enlarged photo to get a foam core backing and the staff were interesting but unable to tell me how and when it would be done. I left my photo and 3m note with my contact information so she could get with the manager and get back to me and didn't. When I came into the store the next day to find out what was going on, the young man who I talked to the day before was unwilling to help me and no one else was there. He said he just did shipping. a. I asked for his boss's phone number and he said he shouldn't give it to me so I asked if he would call him and let me talk to him about where my photo was and when it could be mounted and he said he didn't have a design degree to make phone calls. I spotted my photo rolled up with the yellow 3m sheet I had mentioned and asked for it back. I told him what was written on the 3 m sheet and then he said he didn't know if I owed them anything. I told him he did know that I brought it in yesterday and I want it back to go somewhere else to get it done since no one connected with me from dropping it off yesterday. I took my photo enlargement and said he didn't need to worry about contacting his boss because I wouldn't return to this store. I went to FedX down the street and they mounted my photo while I waited and were friendly and helpful. Go to Fed X instead.

this is true about this ups Sharonville office no customer service line off the hook . delivery man doesn't knock on door but leave notice horrible service. I see why USPS is the best!!!!!!! I wish all seller would use USPS SERVICE.

This is no way to run a business. Hours of operation are not listed on the web site. The phone number is given, but I've been calling every 5 minutes for over an hour and it's continually busy. On two separate occasions now I've been very disappointed with package delivery and can't seem to get in touch with a real person at this Sharonville location to discuss the problem.
