My 2003 A4 had a really loud rattling coming from the rear suspension, so I took it to Audi to find out what was wrong. They told me my rear shock w…
STAY AWAY from Performance Kings Honda!!!! Negotiated a selling price over the phone for my daughter who has two young children and a baby that is due in November. Her husband is out of town on catastrophe duty. I had a total of 10 calls with Performance Kings Honda manager and two members from the sales team to negotiate a deal. We went to the bank for a cashier’s check per their instructions, drove 2 hours while we texted information to them on our ETA and title information so the paperwork would be filled out upon arrival. We were constantly in touch with them during the drive to find out that they sold the car 6 hours earlier that day as we arrived at the dealership. Sales team was rude, not apologetic at all and the first words from the sales team were "We don't hold cars!!!” Keep in mind we were in contact all day, they knew we already went to the bank, knew we were in transit for two hours and they asked for the name and address for the car title 15 minutes before we arrived at the dealership. Performance Kings Honda is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY RUDE, with a TOXIC SALES ENVIRONMENT. The manager told me that they have over 1,000 cars and they can’t always keep track of everything that is sold. OMG, how long have they been in business? Don’t they use computers to track their inventory like the rest of the industry? Then they wanted to show us more expensive cars on the lot.
The staff from the mechanics to the cashier were 100% rude and unprofessional. We would never have car serviced here again.
We were not planning on buying just looking bur once we teat drove and realized we could get payments within our budget we bought.
The service team was on point. They did the research and found the issue I was having was due to a recalled part.
Very nice for my first service visit! I thought the wait time for an oil change was a little excessive. I guess that's what I get for not showing up right at opening time.
did not like the dealer installed protection package that was installed on my Traverse. This was not told to me until I was signing all the paper work at the closing. I was called by a lady from the dealership the day of my pick-up of the vehicle and told her that I was not happy with this. She told me that is how the dealership does business, if I had known this in advance I would have requested another vehicle that did not have this applied.
Everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion. No problems. I was even Served donuts and coffee, not just offered them.
After listening to the used car salesman talk about how honest he was and how much he wanted to help people I purchased a used car. This was after I had asked if there were any major issues with the car and I was told that it ran great and there was nothing major wrong with it. Was assured that their "team" thoroughly inspects these vehicles and would not risk their reputation by putting a bad car on the lot. Literally got two miles down the road and the check engine light came on. Looks like a busted radiator as coolant resevoir is empty and fluid has sprayed everywhere near the radiator on the driver's side. I contacted my salesman about the engine light coming on but no response, so I won't waste any more of my time doing that. Anyway, taking it in to another dealer for service so who knows what else is wrong. FYI, I did do a short test drive but not far enough apparently. My advice is to avoid this dealership at least when it comes to used cars. This was my first used car purchase and my last.UPDATE 11-23-2016 Radiator is confirmed busted, catalytic converter is shot and multiple other issues confirmed by reputable dealer mechanic. Total estimated cost thus far? $2,300.00!!! If you read this review and buy a used car here and run into problems...blame yourself as you have been warned.
