Lorraine (Lori) M. Provencher, M.D. is a member of the glaucoma service at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. Dr. Provencher performs cataract surgery on patients with and without glaucoma and specializes in a variety of laser and surgical procedures for the treatment of glaucoma, including minimally-invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS). Outside of her time working as an ophthalmologist, she has been appointed Chief Medical Editor for EyeRounds, an online compendium of free ophthalmic teaching resources. She is on the American Academy of Ophthalmology Resident Self-Assessment Committee, is a Social Media Editor for Ophthalmology, and is actively involved with Women in Ophthalmology, Orbis International and cybersight.
