The department also provides emergency service training solutions. It is one of the departments of Great Oaks, which is one of the largest career and technical education districts in the United States. Great Oaks provides career, workforce and economic development services to individuals, businesses, industries and labor organizations. Founded in 1970, it serves the residents of southwestern Ohio. The district offers services for more than 10,000 individual annually. It serves students in kindergarten through grade 12 in over 35 affiliated school districts.
