Ducts-R-Us

I called this company, and the person to whom I spoke said that he would be out the next morning at 11:30, but he never showed up, and I waited for hours. Moreover, he never bothered to call to let me know that he was not coming. It was extremely frustrating for me, and it was very unprofessional on his part. Plus, it demonstrated a lack of common courtesy. For all I know, the company may do a good job, but I cannot attest to what kind of work it does since I have no first-hand experience upon which to base an opinion. Quite frankly, I find such disregard for other people extremely disrespectful. If you tell me you will be at my home then either show up or at least have the decency to telephone and let me know you have no intention of coming instead of making me wait around the house for hours.
