Psychiatric Centers at San Diego

First let me say this review is regarding Psychiatric Center of Chula Vista.

If you call and plan on talking to a receptionist you should have a long novel to read while waiting.

Even on the rare chance the office staff does answer the phone they immediately put you on hold and you go into the voicemail loop again.

Want a prescription refilled.. Good Luck. My pharmacy will send a request to them 3-4 times with no response at all. I usually have to go through voicemail hell to have the request finally filled.

This center has the most unprofessional / inconsiderate staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with and they make an otherwise fine practice a second class operation.

To be fair I do not include the docors in this tirade, every doctor I have worked with have been kind, considerate and professional.

To bad they have such a lousy office staff
