City of Chippewa Falls

The snow removal is terrible here, woke up this morning only to find my mailbox laying in the middle of my driveway, after it had been knocked over and plowed down to the driveway. My address is in a residential area and the mailbox and area was off the road and well maintained. After calling the st. dept I was told they were busy and would come look at it in 3-4 hours and determine if it was a plow that hit it or the snow as they claim, if it was snow they are not liable DUH !!!!!!!!
